Staged to sell.Fitted to last.
Home staging and flooring, under one roof.

- 1
Walk the property with you
We visit, measure up and talk through what the property needs to achieve — a fast sale, a higher valuation, or a floor that survives a decade of family traffic.
- 2
A written quote, itemised
You get a clear scope and a fixed price before anything is ordered. No day rates, no surprises once the van arrives.
- 3
We supply and we fit
One team handles the furniture, the flooring and the finishing. You deal with us, not with four different trades.
- 4
Photograph-ready handover
We leave the property clean, dressed and ready for the camera, and we clear the staging when the sale completes.
An open letter
To everyone about to put a house on the market,
A buyer decides in the first eight seconds of a listing photograph. Not on the square footage, not on the boiler service history. On whether the room looks like somewhere they could imagine a Sunday morning.
That is an unfair way to judge a home. It is also how it works, and pretending otherwise costs sellers real money. An empty room reads as smaller than it is. A tired floor drags down every photograph taken above it, however good the camera.
So we do the two things that move the needle first. We fit the floor properly, and we dress the rooms so the space explains itself. No theatre, no props that vanish before completion. Just a house that photographs like the one you have been living in on its best day.
If that sounds like what yours needs, the kettle is on.
