How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide a quote.
- To arrange and carry out work you have asked us to do.
- To keep records of quotes and jobs for accounting purposes.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as far as needed:
- Our website host and email delivery provider.
- Our accountant, for records relating to completed work.
We will also disclose data where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 24 months. Records relating to completed jobs are kept for six years to meet UK accounting requirements.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete it, where we have no ongoing need to keep it.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent where consent is the basis we rely on.

Security
Enquiry data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and access is limited to the people who need it to do the work.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
