How Livingplus started
Dylan spent twelve years fitting floors across Nottinghamshire. Leah came from lettings, where she spent most of her week telling landlords their photographs were letting them down.
The same request kept coming up: sort the floor, then make the place look like somewhere a person would want to live. Doing half of that well was never quite enough, so in 2014 we put the two services together.
We have stayed deliberately small. One team, one diary, and a van that turns up when it is supposed to.
How we work
We turn up when we say
A confirmed date is a confirmed date. If something slips, you hear it from us first, not on the morning.
Fixed prices, written down
You approve a scope and a number before we order materials. Variations get quoted, not assumed.
We work clean
Dust sheets, shoe covers and the waste goes with us. You are letting us into your home, not a building site.
Our own fitters
The people who quote the job are the people who do it. Nothing is farmed out to whoever is free that week.
