What we fit
Engineered wood
A real oak or walnut wear layer over a stable core. Handles underfloor heating and can be sanded back years later.
Parquet & herringbone
Blocks laid in herringbone or chevron. Slower to fit and worth it — it is the detail buyers photograph.
Luxury vinyl tile
Waterproof, quiet underfoot and hard to damage. The sensible answer for kitchens, utilities and rentals.
Carpet
Wool and wool-blend twists for bedrooms and stairs, fitted over a proper underlay.
Stone & porcelain
Slip-rated porcelain and honed stone for bathrooms, hallways and boot rooms.
Laminate
When the budget is tight but the finish still has to look right on a listing photograph.
